XMC 320 Carbon Rim

Extremely high quality carbon rims made using DT's patented moulding technique. Rims are built from the outside in, removing the requirement for a cosmetic outer layer and preserving long continuous carbon strands. The lay-up is tuned for the rims intended use, with the XMC 320 and EXC 330 having additional strength to deal with impacts compared to the XRC 310 XC rim.

The result is that the XMC 320 rim is an all-mountain rim with class-leading strength:weight ratio. If you need a rim that foregoes a little bit of weight for more strength, or you ride an ebike, we recommend the EXC 330 carbon enduro rims which add more strength for an extra 60g or so per rim.

Each rim has a QR code that DT Swiss can use to track every stage of the rims manufacture. DT's QC process means every rim is analysed prior to shipping using DT's industry-first patent-pending scanning process which allows post-production checking of each internal carbon layer for defects.
